Michael established the Max and Bella Stein Charitable Trust in 2014 to honor the legacy of his grandparents, courageous immigrants whose hard work, devotion to family and relentless pursuit of a better life have blessed their descendants. MBSCT is devoted to Jewish and Israel education, the performing arts and animal welfare – and is now guided by Michael’s remarkable daughter, Juliet (Akiba ’07).
